Our Skoon  Promise To Your

SECURITY IDENTIFICATION

SkoonMaak Boys  will supply each employee with a photo identification card with the following information;

1. The name of contractor(SkoonMaak Boys )

2. Name of employee

3. Identity number of employee

4. Signature of employee

Security Clearance

SkoonMaak Boys and all its members of staff are aware and willing to undergo a compulsory security

clearance.

Attendance Register

A register for monitoring attendance will be provided.

Staff Uniform

• All staff members of SkoonMaak Boys  Cleaning services will wear corporate uniform at all times when on official

duty. The uniform is  SkoonMaak Boys branded and is supplied by the company.

Training/ Indemnity

 SkoonMaak Boys Cleaning services will ensure staff receives ongoing training in every aspect relating to the handling

of all the equipment that they use. As a company we accept all liability for any damages or injuries

arising from any misuse or neglect of such equipment by one of our ‘on site’ staff members.

Project Management 

Monitoring and Feedback

•   SkoonMaak Boys Cleaning will assign a team dedicated to servicing the client for the duration of the contract. The team will consist of the project team, supervisor including the project manager Project Manager.

• The project manager responsibilities include but not limited to the following;

  •  To manage the client interface

  •  Supervision on project team.

  •  With a 24 hours mobile number dedicated to the client.

  •  To provide monthly will feedback on service delivery and quality control to the client – targeting

  • below 5% of complaints per month at most.

  • Call Reports

  •   SkoonMaak Boys Cleaning Project Manager will prepare call reports after any meeting held with or on behalf of

  • the client, which will be distributed and signed off by the relevant parties involved.

  •  These call reports serve as a tracking system for agreed deliverables, decisions taken and agreed upon time frames.

  • Status Reports

  •  Monthly status reports will be submitted to the client for an update on deliverables achieved and progress made on all activities.

  •  The report will be submitted in hard copy and emailed.

  •  SkoonMaak Boys  Cleaning Services will meet with the client on a monthly basis to provide status and strategise going forward.

  • Quarterly Progress Reports

•  Quarterly progress reports will be submitted to the client including:

  •  Deliverables achieved

  •  Milestones set for next quarter

  • Considerations for realignment

  •  Environmental scanning summary
