Evo Construction was born from the desire and passion of Benedict Syse a long time employee of Randcivils to own his own civil works company.
The opportunity to form a civil works company that represents the true essence of the BBBEE charter was recognised and through careful planning and coordination Evo Construction was born with 62% black owned and 7% of the shares owned by women.
With the backing of Randcivils, Evo Construction is able to get the support to enable it to grow into a self-sustaining entity capable of supporting its staff and plant alike.
Evo Construction’s vision is to use the true definition of black empowerment to build a strong and professional majority black owned company that is able to keep up with the changing times and offer civil construction services at competitive rates.
Evo Construction is able to take on any civil project with its extensive support system via Randcivils.This can be accomplished by a joint venture or direct support from skills transferral and development.
We offer a diverse range of civil engineering services, specialising in asphalt surfacing and road building, but capable of doing all civil related work.
