It was he who sensed a massive market opportunity for the use of precast concrete products in a variety of applications in the construction, building and mining industries. Over the years Technicrete has expanded its range of concrete products and today has the most comprehensive range of concrete products. Technicrete occupies a unique and significant place in the precast concrete products market with manufacturing facilities in ten locations throughout South Africa.
The company’s head office is based at Technicrete House, Roodepoort, Johannesburg and has factories all over South Africa. Clients are able to obtain product information, technical guidance and assistance from both head office and any area office.

When Technicrete acquired the SABS listing at its Stilfontein and Welkom operation in 1989, the company became the first concrete block manufacturer in South Africa to achieve this distinction.
Technicrete is an active member of the Concrete Manufacturers Association of South Africa, established to promote quality of manufacture and appropriate technical application of paving, masonry, retaining wall blocks, concrete roof tiles, floor slabs and pipes.
