Kings Function Hire was started in 1996. Kings depicts royalty and bearing that in mind we are here to provide excellent and quality service in Gauteng and neighbouring states in order to meet the requirements of the rapid growth in the hiring industry.
Mr Abbas Sayed is the managing member who started Kings during 1996. Before this he was employed at Royal Hiring for two years as a dispatch manager. Prior to this, Abbas was a manager for a clothing store for 27 years. Mr Abbas has gained sufficient experience in his previous career to run Kings on an efficient and profitable basis.
Mr Abbas is assisted by Mr Abdulhay who is also a key member of Kings. Before Kings he worked 16 years in the Glass Industry as a floor manager with the total floor under his supervision. Mr Abdulhay joined Kings since inception and essentially manages the operations of Kings and key responsibilities are:
Kings operates with a staff complement of 25 operational people and two administrative staff.
Hiring out of the following equipment:
Kings hires out equipment to corporate companies, religious organizations, educational institutes, goverment institutes, private functions etc. Enitire Gauteng Province predominately in our Black Townships and neighbouring States like Botswana, Lesotho and Swaziland.
Orders are taken both telephonically and through visits by customers at Kings showroom. Clients choose what they require and a pro-forma invoice/quotation is issued. A refundable deposit is charged and reimbursed provided all the goods are returned in the same order it was received in.
Human Resource Development and staff motivation constitute the fundamental values of the company, through consistent effort the development of our human resource. The company hasbeen able to render quality service to its clients which in return has enable it to achieve tremendous success during its entire period of existence.

Just a quick note to thank you and the team for all your help with our event in November. As I'm sure you know, organising an event of this scale is not without its headaches and having a team as helpful, friendly and efficient as Kings Hire to deal with was a real pleasure.
